Do you deliver?
Our standard transportation charge is $100. This includes delivery and pickup. Standard transportation charges apply to deliveries and pickups made in a designated 3-4 hour window between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Saturday and within a 22 mile driving distance from our warehouse. Additional charges are applied for after-hours deliveries and pickups as well as deliveries and pickups that must occur within a window of time less than two hours. Additional charges are applied for large deliveries requiring more than one vehicle. To qualify for delivery, the rental amount must be $250 or greater.
Is setup included in the price?
Setup fee is included for tents, stages and dance floors. Setup/Breakdown fees are not included for tables, chairs, linens, etc.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, small orders of linens and folding chairs area available for pick up Monday through Friday between 8:30a and 5:00p. You must have appropriate size vehicle and any needed rope, straps, etc. to accommodate proper and safe transport and protection of items. Some products (catering equipment, Chiavari Chairs, tents, etc.) are not eligible for pick up. – Payment in full is required 48 hours in advance of customer pickups.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All orders must be secured with a credit card; however, payment by check is accepted.
Can I save money and pick up and install a tent?
No. We deliver and install all of our tents.
What’s the difference between a High Peak and Slide Track tent?

Yes, we do. Our selection is pictured below. Color swatches are only available in polycotton.
